Promotes the elasticity and strength of veins and seals leaky capillaries, and is especially beneficial to veins in the legs and rectal areas
Horsechestnut is the third most popular single herbal product sold in Germany, and its popularity in the U.S. is on the rise. The active ingredients in horse chestnut are in a group of compounds known as saponins, of which aescin is the most potent. Research shows that aescin reduces swelling and inflammation in our veins by promoting the elasticity and strength of the veins, and by sealing leaky capillaries. Horsechestnut is especially beneficial to the veins in our legs and our rectal area. Athletes may also benefit from horsechestnut for sprains, bruises and other athletic injuries that occur.
